The patty: cooked fresh, the moment you order

The bun and the build
The bun should be soft enough to bite through and strong enough to hold the sauce to the last bite. Most of our burgers use a soft brioche bun; the Mushroom Majesty and the Cheezy Dream use a toasted bun that stands up to their creamy sauces.
Every topping should earn its place. Pickles add tang, iceberg adds crunch and freshness, cheese adds richness, and jalapeños add heat. A burger piled high with things that do not belong together is not better, just bigger.
The sauce makes it yours
