Chipy's Sauce Guide: Garlic Mayo, Ranch, Korean, Mushroom and More
By the Chipy kitchen ·
Chipy sauces are made in our own kitchen, not poured from a supplier's bottle, and they are a big part of why each dish tastes the way it does. Some you can add to any order as a dip; others only come inside a dish. This guide covers both, tells you which ones are mild and which bring heat, and suggests what to pair them with.
Dips you can add to any order
Eight dipping sauces are on our menu: Garlic Mayo, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Mayo Mustard, Mild Sauce, White Sauce, Korean Sauce and Hulk Sauce. Add them from the Dipping Sauces, Sides & Drinks page on our menu.
Garlic Mayo and Ranch add creaminess and go with everything, from Plain Fries to a crispy chicken burger. Honey Mustard is sweet and tangy, and it is the sauce our Chicken Cheese Poppers come with. Mayo Mustard is the tang in Chipy's Original Beef. Mild Sauce is there when you want flavour without much heat.
The sauces that bring the heat
Korean Sauce is saucy and spicy. It coats the crispy chicken in the Korean Kick and Korean Dose burgers, the K-Town Wrap, the Korean Chunks Rice Bowl and Korean Fries. Hulk Sauce is one of our signature house sauces; you will find it on our spicier dishes, such as the Hot N' Crispy, Fiery Jalapeño Beef, Chipy OG Wrap and Hulk Beef Wrap. Dynamite sauce only comes inside the Dynamite Kick and Dynamite Dose burgers.
Sauces that come inside our dishes
Cheese sauce: warm and creamy, in the Mild N' Wild Sandwich and on Chipy Burger Fries.
Mushroom sauce: in the Cheezy Dream burger, the Umami Wrap and Shroom Bomb Fries. The Mushroom Majesty has a creamy mushroom sauce over two smashed patties.
Creamy sauces: in the Real Ranch Sandwich, and ranch over spicy chicken or beef in the Arabian Cream rice bowls.
OG Garlic sauce: in the Authentic Chicken Wrap and Authentic Beef Wrap, with hummus fries and pickles. OG Spice sauce is in the Supreme Wrap. BBQ sauce goes on Chipy's Original Beef and the Monster Beef. Many of these sauces top our fries too; see the types of loaded fries.
Mild or spicy: how to pick
For no heat at all, stay with Garlic Mayo, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Mayo Mustard and Mild Sauce, and dishes built on them, such as the Crispy Original or the Authentic Chicken Wrap. For heat, look for Hulk, Korean, dynamite or chilli sauce, usually with jalapeños.
A good trick: pair a spicy dish with a mild dip. The Fiery Jalapeño Beef and the Chilli Jolt Wrap both go well with a Mild Sauce dip, and Plain Fries with Garlic Mayo cool any order down. Our Mild or Spicy guide sorts the whole menu by heat.
