1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Order/contact data: name, phone, email (optional), delivery address, order contents, order notes.
- Precise location data, only when you tap "Use My Location" at checkout — optional, used only to fill the delivery address for that order. ⚠ Pending confirmation: exact retention period for location data.
- Payment-related data — Chipy does not store full card numbers; that is the responsibility of whichever payment gateway is used under PCI-DSS.
- Cookies, by category (Strictly Necessary, Functional, Analytics, Marketing). ⚠ Pending confirmation: list of the actual analytics/marketing tools in use, once implemented.
3. Why we collect it
Fulfilling and updating orders, remembering cart/preferences, improving the site, and — only with Marketing consent — personalised offers/ads.
4. Who we share it with
The payment gateway/EasyPaisa/JazzCash/bank for payment processing, the SMS/WhatsApp provider for order updates, and analytics/ad platforms only with consent. We do not sell personal data to unrelated third parties.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights
You can ask what data Chipy holds about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer.
