Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from the counter, usually in about 20-30 minutes.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking page with your order code and phone number.
Can I place a large order?
Yes. Group and party orders are arranged on WhatsApp.
Delivery
Where does Chipy deliver?
We deliver to more than 100 areas around Gulshan-e-Iqbal. See the Delivery Areas page.
How long does delivery take?
Usually about 30-45 minutes, depending on your area and how busy the kitchen is.
How much is delivery?
The charge for your area is shown at checkout.

How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or bank transfer.

How do Chipy Rewards work?
You earn 1 point for every PKR 100 you spend on food, and swap points for a free item at the counter.
How long is a voucher valid?
Gift cards, prepaid vouchers and refund vouchers are valid for 30 to 90 days.
Halal & Our Kitchen
Is Chipy halal?
Yes. Chipy is Halal Food Certified and Hygiene and Food Safety Certified.
Is the food made in-house?
Yes. Everything on our food menu is made in our own kitchen. Only bottled soft drinks are bought in.
